Tarsilas seeks to place women front and centre within the advertising industry in Brazil.
The group provides a platform for different voices to talk about the challenges that impact female employees in the workplace, and also works to help reduce inequality.
To support this goal, Tarsilas is built on four key pillars which the group hopes to use to educate the wider community, as well as amplifying female voices to create lasting change. These foundations are gender equality, wellbeing, feminism through learning experiences and appreciation of the role women play in the workplace.
