A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. What does a Studio Intern do at Hogarth? 

Hogarth California interns will have the opportunity to learn about our business while gaining practical experience working alongside creative professionals. Interns will be assigned to different production studios to gain insight into production and artistic staff responsibilities. This internship will help you acquire production skills and provide you with knowledge of various production techniques.

Our intern positions will report into and rotate between departments, and will gain hands-on experience supporting the business needs of each assigned department, with an emphasis on learning about the creative side of digital marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with production/creative teams on multiple ongoing projects

• Learn about and embrace a digital media environment

• Shadow and learn the responsibilities of various disciplines within a studio environment

• Gain insight into the world of storytelling

• Assist with special projects and other details as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate or doctorate program

• Have a strong desire to learn along with professional drive

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrate passion for the marketing industry and its best practices

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude and appearance

• Exhibit strong organizational, time management and detail-oriented skills

• Ability to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
