For the third consecutive year, World Woman Foundation took a bold step toward its mission of creating one million female heroes by 2030. The 2023 program was shaped by the idea #BreakTheRole, a powerful creative concept that demonstrated women are not confined to or defined by a single role. A mother can be a leader, advocate, and activist; a daughter can be an artist, influencer, and educator. This campaign transformed the way stories of women are told, showing that breaking stereotypes isn’t just possible - it’s necessary to build a more inclusive future.
An almost all-female crew of directors, designers, storytellers and producers led the campaign from ideation to execution. From developing the #BreakTheRole concept to filming six bold women, the team oversaw every detail.
